Join an online Inside Flow class so you can experience this modern yoga style to feel happy, balanced, connected to your true self, and to a global community.

This class will be taught in English. It will take place online via Zoom. You will have the opportunity to access the replay within 24 hours.

Pricing Options:

Single Session (60 min):

  • 10€ A reduced rate of €10 is available for individuals, including students, who may find the standard price unaffordable (no reply available).

  • €15 standard price (no reply available)

  • €18 Live Class Online +24hr Replay Access (This class includes access to replays of live online class).

  • Location: Online via Zoom

    The lessons are usually conducted via Zoom video call. You can connect using your phone or computer.

    To enhance the experience, consider using an external speaker, headset, or AirPods so you can hear me well and feel the rhythm on a deeper level.

  • Booking

    Save the date and book it in the shop. You will receive an email with the Zoom link at least 30 minutes before the start of the session. Please sign up at least 24 hours before the start of the session!

  • LIVE Class Access

    Upon registering, you will receive the URL for the live class confirmation and an instant email or WhatsApp message with a sign-in link. This link will be used to access the class.

  • Cancellation/Reminders

    No replay extensions or refunds. Your registration implies agreement with these terms. 24-hour replay availability.

  • 24hr Replay Access!

    24hr Replay Access! You can book the class with 24hr Replay Access or not.

    After the class is over, you'll receive the replay access link within 2 hours post-class via a separate email or WhatsApp message, accessible until midnight the next day. Remember, the replay is available for 24 hours.

  • Health Check

    Before registering, please consult with your doctor if you are pregnant or have any health limitations. By registering, you are indicating your agreement to these terms and confirming that you are healthy.

  • Inside Flow

    In Inside Flow, you are dancing a song with your body.

    It is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga. We practice a Vinyasa Flow choreography in sync with modern music.

    Music, breath, and movement are key to helping you enter the flow state and establish a deep connection to your body, mind, and soul!

  • Please note

    - This class requires prior knowledge of yoga.

    - Class language: English

    - Unable to attend live? No problem. Choose the replay ticket and receive a recording of the live class. The recording will be sent via email and available for 24 hours.

Martina Schenkl, Founder of MartinaSchenkl.yoga, is an experienced RYT 500 instructor and Junior Inside Flow teacher. Specializing in YIN & YANG Vinyasa Yoga and Prenatal Yoga, Martina's classes aim to reduce stress, unlock creativity, and bring joy through movement. With a focus on Creative Flows, Inside Flow, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Cacao Rituals, she offers a holistic approach to wellness.

Martina's certifications include Inside Flow Junior Teacher, RYT 500, RYT 200 Yin and Yang Vinyasa Yoga teacher, RPYS Prenatal Yoga Flow teacher, and Meditation teacher.  FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions about the online Inside Flow classes via Zoom.

  • No, a computer is not necessary. You can access my classes using your phone or iPad. However, for optimal viewing and audio quality, I recommend using a larger screen. You can also connect your device to your TV for an enhanced experience.

  • The Zoom link will be provided in your email or our WhatsApp group. Upon class registration, you will receive the URL for confirmation and an email containing the sign-in link for the class.

  • If you do not receive an email confirmation immediately after registration, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder. If the issue persists, contact Martina promptly to rectify any potential email entry errors or resend the confirmation link.

  • Please send an email, reach out via Instagram, or message in our online Inside Flow WhatsApp group with your query, and Martina will assist you.

  • The Replay Link will be shared via email or WhatsApp group within 2 hours after the class. This link is the exclusive method to access the replay; the confirmation link is not valid for replay access.

    If you encounter difficulties locating the email, kindly check your spam/junk/promotions folders or contact Martina for further assistance.

  • Replays of live classes are available for streaming until midnight the day after the class for a fee of 3€. The full price of 18€ includes access to the replay.

  • The replay is available for 24 hours, until midnight following the class.

    No replay extensions or refunds are available. Your registration confirms your agreement to these terms.

  • Step by step:

    Step 1. Choose the ticket price and sign up in my shop.

    You have 3 price options:

    option 3: €18 Live Class Online + 24hr Replay Access (This class includes access to replays of live online class).

    Please choose one.

    Step 2.

    Choose the number of tickets: 1 = one ticket, 2 = two tickets, and so on.

    Step 3. "ZUM WARENKORB HINZUFÜGEN" means ADD TO CART, so please click on it.

    Step 4. 🛒 On the right side of my page, there is a symbol of a shopping cart. 🛒 Please click on it.

    Step 5. Go to the Kasse - checkout and click on it.

    Step 6. Choose how you want to pay. You can pay with Apple Pay, credit card, or PayPal. "Zahlungsmöglichkeiten" means Other payment options. Choose your option.

    Step 7. Add your email address 📧.

    Step 8. Fill out the form with my questions, please.

    Step 9. Pay the order.

    Step 10. Click on "weiter - Kauf/buy."

    Step 11. You will get your receipt via email.

    Step 12. In the following days, I will come back to you and send you an email or WhatsApp with the correct link where we will meet. Please add your phone number to your booking so I can add you to my WhatsApp group. Looking forward to meeting you and flowing with you online.
