Ginger tea
The preparation of ginger tea:
Ginger tea is my favorite one and it’s useful and effective drug at the time of colds and flu. Perfect in winter!
About 2 cm rhizome peel and grate, and pour 1 liter of boiling water and leave to infuse. The tea can be flavored eg. Honey, lemon, cloves or cinnamon.
Ginger lemonade with honey
The preparation of Ginger lemonade:
Ginger lemonade is my favorite beverage during hot days. Why? Because it’s super refreshing, very delicious, quickly prepared and very healthy.
Ingredients
1L soda stream sparkling water
1 piece of fresh peeled Ginger
2 pieces of freshly squeezed Lemon
1 piece chopped lemon
5 leaves of fresh mint
2 times soup spoon of Home made Honey
Instructions
Prepare sparkling water with Sodastream Machine
Peel one Ginger and after grate the Ginger and add to sparkling water.
Squeeze two lemons and add to sparkling water.
Chopped one lemon slice in strips and add to sparkling water.
Five springs of fresh mint add to sparkling water.
In the end add honey to sparkling water and mix it!
