Ingredients (For 1 serving)
Quinoa (100 g)
Mandel Milk (125 ml)
Vanilla – Cinnamon (to taste)
Sliced Almonds
Honey
Blueberries

Porridge is the perfect way to start off my day! It’s healthy and taste delicious! It warms my body from inside and makes my body feel perfect for the rest of the day.

Blueberry Quinoa Porridge

As a porridge refined with crunchy almond slices and vanilla – cinnamon, this morning meal will deliver all the energy you need for your day. If you’re not a morning person, don’t worry. You can simply prepare this porridge the night before.

Instructions

  • Ready in 15 minutes

  • Put the quinoa and two cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil.

  • Reduce the heat and continue to cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

  • Mix in Mandel milk, vanilla – cinnamon with the quinoa and put in a small bowl 2 Garnish with almond slices, honey and blueberries.

  • Enjoy your meal!
