How to find your bliss? 

There are a couple things you need to understand about finding your bliss before receiving. 

Body, mind and soul must be connected in balance and harmony. The body needs movement to stay healthy and flexible.

Meditation is good for our mind (to increase awareness) and with the help of our breath we connect that with our soul. If our body, mind and spirit are in balance, then our inner being is in balance.

The result is we become happy both inside and outside.

So, follow your sat chit ananda (Sanskrit) the meaning of the word is existence, consciousness, and bliss or truthsat = is being, chit = full consciousness and ananda = reaction, in Hinduism called Brahman.

The answer is meditation!

Was an Indian Spiritual leader and a prolific author, poet, artist, musician. 
Sri Chinmoy was one of the most creative gurus around. He had a passion for poetry, literature, painting, music and sport.

He is one of my favorite spiritual leaders. I am reading his book – The Wisdom Of Sri Chinmoy and I think it is pretty interesting and helpful in understanding Eastern and Hindu thought about spirituality. This book is a compilation of questions and answers from Sri Chinmoy on many topics.
