Beetroot has been always a good idea to drink or eat! It doesn’t taste so delicious, but you can always add a pineapple as I do, after it taste a bit better. It has rich content of vitamins in it and awesome benefits. I like to eat beetroot raw or cooked.

It contains vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, Vitamin C, niacin, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iodine, sulfur, copper, iron and magnesium.

It can be used: cooked or raw 

Beet juice side effects:

You should avoid drinking beet juice in great quantities.
Drinking a lot of beet juice can cause temporary discoloration of the urine and stools.
Juice from beets is high in oxalic acid, and people with kidney stones or a history of kidney stones should either avoid beet juice entirely or use it very sparingly.

Beetroot fresh juice recipes

Ingredients:

  • 3 large beetroot

  • 1 ananas

Trim and peel the beets and ananas, then cut it into quarters. Mix it in your mixer.
